Summary: Just passing through town. Motel was easy to find. A complimentary upgrade was appreciated. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Summary: There was no hot water to have a shower

Summary: I was in Cooma on personal business. The room was clean and comfortable.The pillows very firm so I bought feather ones from a local store. The rain head in the shower was a pleasant surprise, you so often find those cheap shower heads. Staff were lovely and very helpful and the location was perfect for me. Not being familiar with the area I found all I needed relatively close by.

Summary: The people were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here it has been the best place we stayed on our trip so far.
